Overview

I worked on the digitalisation of the process of removing authorised operators from NetBank business accounts. The pre-existing process required customers to fill out and mail multiple paper forms or to visit a branch. There was also a lot of manual processing and fraud checks involved.

This end-to-end digital experience can now be completed by the customer wherever they have access to NetBank, on the app or through the website.

How

My team built and maintained back-end processes so that the end-to-end fulfillment of the process is successful. There were a multitude of interwoven and complex systems that needed to be integrated for the removal process to work seamlessly.

I led the build of UI components to ensure they were responsive and accessible, along with creating UI automation tests for regression purposes.
